The Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers pride herself in 'catching them young'. NICESA is the Students' Affiliate arm of the Institution where Civil Engineering Students of all accredited higher institutions in Nigeria meet to discuss issues concerning them and run their government under the supervision of the national body. This consequently fosters unity amongst them and prepare them ahead for life after school.
